The 7 phases of Learn to Swim:
The seven stages of learn-to-swim often include: Introduction to Water Skills, Fundamental Water Skills, Developing Water Skills, Strokes and Skills, Strokes and Stamina,
Competitive Swimming Skills, and Skill Development and Improvement. Each stage builds upon the previous one, gradually introducing more complex movements
and skills.
