Swimlab Swim School provides individual and group-based aquatics skill lessons to all ages and levels. Our instructors are all qualified and experienced in working with children of any age. We cater for Individual lessons (one on one with an instructor), Squad training, Baby groups, Group swimming (2-4 swimmers per group), Adult learn to swim, Social fitness, Ladies only swimming groups, Fetch and teach for local schools (Kirstenhof pool only) - mornings and evenings.
