About Swimlab Swim School

Swimlab Swim School is a Swimming School that provides individual and group-based Swimming Training and Lessons to all ages and levels of skill. Our instructors are all qualified and experience in working with children of any age.

  • We cater for Individual lessons (one on one with an instructor)
  • Squad training
  • Baby groups
  • Group swimming (2-4 swimmers per group)
  • Adult learn to swim
  • Social fitness
  • Ladies only swimming groups
  • Fetch and teach for local schools (Kirstenhof pool only)
  • Aqua Aerobic classes - mornings and evenings.
